Spirit Of Southern Bypass is a trust formed in 2020 with 5 RWA’s, currently associated with more than 48 RWA’s ( Flat count #20 to Flat count# 1254) in and around Southern Bypass specially RWA’s located at Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality and Sonarpur – Uttar & Dakshin Constituency with the following agenda:

Increasing the bonding between all housing society residents through Sports activities, Performing Arts events / competition, Carnivals, Inter complex Puja awards & competition etc
Healthcare activities for residents & our extended families like Oxygen Supply during crisis time, Vaccination, Medicard distribution etc
Development of the locality through a common voice – together makes us stronger
Philanthropic activities & social work
A common source off all local help & support

About Us

48 RWA’s (Resident Welfare Association) are under the umbrella of Spirit Of Southern Bypass currently. Every year more than 10+ RWA’s getting onboarded to connect with all of us and avail the benefits that SSB provides.

We are a group of passionate volunteers who wants to bring a smile to others. Our constant focus is to come up with various initiatives which directly or indirectly supports daily needs to our co-residents of all RWA’s, extended families of us ( Employees of our RWA’s, Household Staffs of RWA residents etc) and our local communities. We are always open to ideas which caters to the above beneficiaries.

Please share your RWA name, President & Secretary’s name and contact no of your temporary or registered association to our email id spiritofsouthernbypass@gmail.com

SECOND Step

Please write your reason for inclusion and your expectation from Spirit Of Southern Bypass. SSB will also ask you to pay Rs 1500/- ( a one time registration fees) in the first event that your RWA will participate after onboarding.
